Due to the purchase of our new unit, and

been friendly, professional with attention

It is never a good time to purchase a new

Dear Priority Residential,
I am sending this message regarding the
recent experience I had and especially about
one of your technicians John S. I was
referred to your company through a good
friend after a bad experience with another
HVAC company. I had a drip pan that was not
draining and leaking into the house. A
technician from another company came out and
told me I needed a new drip pan, so I had a
new one installed within a couple of days.
The day after the drip pan was installed, my
compressor started acting up. It was
Saturday and I wasn’t sure if I would be
able to get someone out to look at it or
not. Sure enough the receptionist was able
to get someone out within 1 hour. John was
the technician. He was the BEST!! He was so
friendly, courteous and spent a lot of time
getting the AC back to working order. He
showed me what needed to be done, what had
happened and provided some other assistance.
He really took the time to do what he could
with my very old AC. He disconnected and
cleaned the pipe out under my sink where the
water drains, showed me what the problem
was, tested it before he left and made sure
that everything was working again.
I cannot tell you what an asset you have to
your company!! He is one of the most
courteous and professional individuals I
have come across. Because of him, when the
time for me to get a new air conditioner
comes I will purchase one with your company.
Because of him, I have confidence to refer
your company and I will be sure to give them
John’s name in the chance he might be the
one to service them.
I work in the service industry and customer
service and connection to the customer is
something we strive for each and every day.
He is a complete natural at this. Please
share this with him. I really cannot express
how grateful I am that he was the one that
serviced my problem.

excellent customer service provided by your
technician Chris. On two occasions he has
provided service to me on my evaporative
cooler and most lately on my refrigeration
unit (both for American Home Shield). On
both occasions, Chris not only pointed out
problems caused by prior service (not your
firm) to my cooling system but spent time
with American Home Shield trying to resolve
the problems. I know he could just have put
a band aid on the problems and gone on with
his day but I really feel he went to bat for
me with American Home Shield. He is very
professional and as he represents your
company, I would have no hesitation
recommending Priority Residential to any of
my friends.

Dear Customer Service Manager,
It is not often that I write a letter like
this but I thought it was important to let
you know how satisfied we were with the
service we received last week from Hector.
He was friendly and efficient. We had a loud
rattling noise whenever our air conditioning
unit would kick on.
Hector identified it, as a filter being
pulled up with the air intake each time the
unit would start up. He wrapped the edges of
the filter with a foam tape and this solved
the problem. I don’t think the unit has run
as quietly or efficiently in the three years
that I have lived here.
Please pass our regards on to Hector and add
this to the good side of his employee file.

Dear Mike,
During our recent hardship when our air
conditioning unit gave out, we found all
your employees to be very courteous and
understanding, from your office ladies to
your mechanics, and you should include
yourself.
John and Shaun worked their buns off taking
out the old unit and installing the new.
They arrived at 6:00 p.m. and never stopped
until 10:45 p.m. after having spent many
hours completing a previous job. They were
most courteous and helpful.
The following day, you sent Dave out to take
care of some minor complaints and you sent a
very courteous and knowledgeable young man.
We enjoyed watching your men work and
talking with them. We found out installation
is easy only if you have a storybook
installation. The men were really adept at
overcoming problems.
Good employees are in short supply, so treat
them well.
